Update

I talked with Christy this afternoon (2 o'clock our time - 9:00 pm their time). This is her update:

"Abe is very cute, cuter than I imagined. He's thicker than I imagined, too! He loves to eat. No one can eat anything unless they are willing to share. He has been with us for nine hours and we have not yet heard him cry. He loves easy mac, playing with Abby, playing ball and holding onto our fingers while he tries to walk. He has been smiling and giggling. Our prayer request would be that his feet would heal. He seems to have some sort of infection; they are very cracked and dry. Also, our Embassy appointment is on Wednesday. Pray that everything would continue to go smoothly. The countryside is beautiful. There are lots of animals everywhere. The people have been very kind and loving."

I can't believe he is finally in your arms....AMAZING! He sounds like such a sweet baby....I've had my baby since birth and you will hear her cry several times in 9 hours. What's up with that??? Thinking of you nonstop each day! Praising the Lord for this sweet baby and all the joy he will bring! Can't wait to meet him.

Oh, what joy you have brought to my heart. "The Campbells" are truly God's Special People. I have so enjoyed keeping up with Abe's adoption process and looking forward to "The rest of his story." He truly will be blessed and a loved child like all the other Campbell children.
Christy and Ryan your such an inspiration. May God continue to bless you.
I know it might not be proper to say I love you!!! But I truly do love you and who you are in Christ. What a witness to HIS love and goodness.

Wow, it's been a whirlwind time for you but you have your new son with you now and I know you're more happy than words can say. As an adoptive kid, I'm so happy for Abe. God chose a great mom to love and raise me just as He has for Abe. I can't wait to see his chubby face and hear all the details. Praying for a safe return. Liz :)

Awww! Congratulations! I bet he is sooo cute! We can't wait to meet him and squeeze him! :)We will be praying for his little feet as well! Keziah had something like that when we got her. Give us a call when you get home and we can tell you the name of the cream we used that cleared it up. :)
